Submit your PO
Use the contact form and select “Purchase order / school credit terms” where available.
Attach paperwork
Upload your purchase order, quote request or school purchasing documents.
Receive confirmation
We will review the order and send the relevant invoice or next step.

Australian schools
- 30-day credit terms with a valid school purchase order.
- Credit limit: $5,000 AUD.
- Orders dispatch locally from Adelaide.
- GST applies to Australian tax invoices.
- Free shipping applies for Australian school orders.
- No import duties apply because orders ship locally.

US schools
- 30-day credit terms with a valid school purchase order.
- Credit limit: $5,000 USD.
- Orders dispatch locally from California.
- Free shipping applies for US school orders.
- No import duties apply because orders ship locally.
- A W-9 form for Microbric, LLC is available if required.
- Orders over $5,000 USD require payment before shipping unless otherwise approved.
International school orders
Automatic school credit terms are available for eligible Australian and US schools. Schools outside Australia and the United States should contact us for available ordering options.
Orders outside Australia and the US may ship from Hong Kong or China. Duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country’s import rules.
Distributor credit terms are not available. Distributor enquiries are welcome through the contact form.
