Shipping, returns and warranty information

Shipping

Invention Engine currently ships to US shipping addresses only. See our shipping times page for more information.

Once your order has been dispatched from our US warehouse you will be sent an email with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Please allow time for unforeseen delays due to local processing. These delays are not included in the estimated delivery date.

Most shipments require a signature when delivered.

Shipping, if applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy

If your product is faulty you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund before that time. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty

Invention Engine is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. We will replace, refund or supply replacement parts at our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 12-months.

Tax

Orders shipped to USA addresses that are shipped from our US warehouse and will not incur importation charges.
